An effective leader, Andrew has taken on senior management roles within performing arts  venues, motivating teams to deliver excellent customer service and consistent sales both front of house and at the box office. Andrew has demonstrated his ability to flexibly manage and train within organisations, from small family businesses to large multinationals, both implementing larger scale training programmes and effectively coaching individuals.
